worlds leading manufacturer of Machine Vision Systems for their range
of Direct Part Mark Identification products.
The Cognex ID Products quickly and reliably read codes (two-dimensional
codes such as Data Matrix™, 1D codes, and others) that have
been stamped, etched, or otherwise formed directly on surfaces of
manufactured items. Applications for the Insight range of
fixed-mount and DataMan hand-held readers
include part traceability and process control in many manufacturing
processes.
The DataMan comes in both a corded version to connect directly to
your host, or a cordless version with Bluetooth connectivity.
The Cognex Insight 5110 fixed position reader supports ISO mark quality
metrics for 1D and 2D code verification. The Verification
suite includes the full ISO16022, ISO15415, ISO15416, AS 9132 (Dot
Peen), AS9132 (Laser Etch) as well as Cognex Supplemental
Metrics to allow for Process Control monitoring, and Contract Compliance
for the Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare
industries.
